All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if delays occur.
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We use a combination of reliable carriers depending on your location and package size, including but not limited to:
USPS, FedEx, DHL (for USA and select international destinations)
Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, La Poste, and other local postal services (for final-mile delivery in many countries)
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that you provide any required customs information (e.g., tax ID, phone number) at checkout.
We are not responsible for any packages held or returned by customs due to unpaid duties, incorrect addresses, or prohibited items. In such cases, shipping fees and any applicable return costs will be borne by the customer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or because it was unclaimed at the local post office, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be charged for the actual cost of re-shipping.
If you realize you entered the wrong address after placing your order, please email us immediately at zhenyu.hao8888@gmail.com with your order number and corrected address. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after the package has been dispatched.
Lost in transit: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If still missing, contact us within 10 days of the “delivered” date. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement (at our discretion).
Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure a secure delivery location or consider using a pickup point.
Delayed packages: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments unless you requested express delivery for part of the order.
Some countries have restrictions on certain types of backpack materials (e.g., leather from endangered species – none of our products contain such materials) or high customs inspection rates. By placing an order, you confirm that the products comply with your local import laws. If your country prohibits the import of our products, we will cancel the order and issue a refund (shipping costs may be deducted if the package has already been dispatched and is returned).
We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional delivery time (typically 15–30 business days). Customs documentation will indicate “military mail” – no additional duties apply for US military addresses.
