Q1: Which countries do you ship to, and how much is shipping?

Answer: We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. You can view the estimated cost before completing your order.

Q2: How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?

Answer: 

The total delivery time is the sum of processing time + shipping time.

• Processing Time: We process all orders within 1–3 business days (Beijing Time, UTC+8). Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are processed the same day.

• Shipping Time (after dispatch):

  • United States: Standard 7–12 business days / Expedited 3–6 business days

  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal): Standard 7–14 business days / Expedited 4–7 business days

  • Australia: Standard 8–15 business days

  • Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan: Standard 8–15 business days

Q3: How can I track my package?

Answer: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the email for the tracking status to update. You can also track your order using the tracking number on our website’s “Track Order” page (located at the bottom of our homepage). Q4: Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?

Answer: Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Q5: What if I receive a defective product?

Answer: We take product quality seriously. We will evaluate the problem and work to make it right – this may include a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
